1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Auraverse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

Auraverse is a platform that lets users discover, listen to, and interact with AI-generated music artists. Some features are limited to certain subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials private. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI-generated content

Artists, songs, lyrics, voices, and visuals on Auraverse are produced with machine-learning models. Generated content may resemble existing works coincidentally. See our Content & AI Policy for what we do and don’t allow, and our DMCA process for good-faith claims of infringement.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to harass others, generate unlawful content, or attempt to break our systems. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate this policy.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
