Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: 2026-05-02
Placeholder. This document is a draft and will be replaced with the final Privacy Policy prior to public launch.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk) — typically your email address and display name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing details on our behalf.
When you use Auraverse, we record activity such as the artists you listen to, the messages you send to artists, and the songs you like. This is what powers recommendations and the artists’ conversational memory.
How we use it
- To operate and improve the Auraverse service.
- To personalize the artists you encounter and recommend music.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To detect abuse and keep the platform safe.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers required to run Auraverse (e.g., authentication, payments, hosting, AI model providers) and only as needed to deliver the service.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time via our contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
